- Booking, payment and transaction references.

Legal bases
Depending on purpose, processing is based on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and dispute prevention, or consent for non-essential advertising and analytics technologies.
Service providers
Data may be processed by service providers used to operate the service, including Hostinger or OpenAI Sites for hosting, Web3Forms for enquiries, Stripe for payments, the selected scheduling platform for appointments, and Google, Meta or TikTok for analytics and advertising according to consent settings.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. Safeguards supplied by those providers, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, are used where required.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as necessary to respond and manage the relationship. Contractual, payment and accounting records may be retained for periods required by law. Consent and dispute evidence may be retained for the time reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Your rights

Health-related information
Please do not submit detailed medical records through the public form. Information discussed during a session is handled privately, subject to legal and safety obligations.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on the HypnoReset website.
