Booking data
The booking calendar collects name, email, phone/WhatsApp, broad goal category, timezone, date and time, plus 18+, privacy and contact-request confirmations. If you accepted optional tracking, campaign-attribution parameters (UTMs and advertising click identifiers) may also be associated with the booking to measure acquisition. There is no free-text field for medical or psychological history.
Purposes and legal grounds
These data are used to process your appointment request and organise the conversation you asked for. Optional analytics or advertising tags rely on consent. Strictly necessary security data may be processed to protect the website.
Sensitive data
Do not send diagnoses, medical records, medication details, detailed trauma information or mental-health notes through the website. None of those are required to book the call.
Retention
Booking records are kept until the appointment and then for no more than 365 days after it for operational follow-up, unless a legal need or an applicable deletion request requires a different outcome. Data that are no longer needed should be deleted.
Recipients and hosting
Data are accessible to HypnoReset and strictly necessary technical providers, including hosting. Confirmation emails transit through the mail service configured on the host.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or exercise other applicable rights by emailing contact@hypnosereset.com. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France.
Cookies and advertising
Optional Google/Meta/TikTok tags must not load before consent. The website does not send your goal category, name, email, phone number or health-related content to advertising platforms.
